Terms of Service — Nova HQ

1. What Nova HQ is

Nova HQ is the home of the Nova family of tools: crypto market scanners and research apps (AlphaPulse, RawScan, NovaSwap, Nova Exchange, Nova Trader), free utilities such as Get Indexed Fast, and the articles, reports, and data published on this site. Nova HQ is operated by Paul Geller of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, USA ("Nova," "we," "us"). By using this site or any Nova app, you agree to these terms.

2. Subscriptions and pricing

Most of Nova HQ is free. Paid plans unlock extra features:

Prices are in US dollars and are shown on our pricing page and again at checkout before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.

3. Free trial

Paid plans include a 3-day free trial. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, the first payment is taken when the trial ends and the subscription continues month to month.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles your card details — we never see or store your full payment information. Some plans can also be paid in cryptocurrency directly; those are activated manually after you email us the transaction details.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel anytime — use the link in your Paddle receipt email or write to us at the contact address below. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Not financial advice

Everything on Nova HQ and in the Nova apps — prices, scores, signals, screeners, articles, reports, and AI-generated answers — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Cryptocurrency is volatile and you can lose money. Always do your own research.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use our sites or apps for anything illegal, to disrupt or overload the services, to scrape them in ways that degrade them for others, or to pass our tools off as your own product.

8. Third-party services

Nova tools display data from, and link to, third-party services such as market-data providers, exchanges, and wallet software. We do not control those services and their own terms apply. Nova tools are non-custodial: we never hold your funds, wallet, or private keys, and any transaction a tool prepares is signed by you in your own wallet.

9. No warranties; limits on liability

The sites and apps are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes, governing law, and contact
