Privacy Policy — Nova HQ

Nova HQ is operated by Paul Geller of Ocean Springs, Mississippi, USA. This policy explains what information the Nova HQ site and the Nova apps handle — which is deliberately very little.
No account for most things
You do not need an account or a login to read Nova HQ, use the free tools, or run the free tiers of the apps. We do not ask for your name, address, or phone number.
What we receive when you subscribe
Paid subscriptions (Pro and Nova All-Access) are checked out through Paddle, our payment processor and merchant of record. Paddle collects your payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive your email address and your subscription status from Paddle so we can activate and manage your Pro access. We never see or store your full card number.
If you pay in cryptocurrency directly, activation is manual: you email us a transaction ID, and we keep that email so we can match the payment to your access.
If you join the Nova email list, we use your address only to send Nova updates, and every email includes an unsubscribe link. If you write to us, we keep the message so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation.
Stored on your device only
Preferences, plan status flags, and similar app state are stored in your own browser's local storage on your device. They are not accounts and are not transmitted to us.
Third-party data
Our tools fetch public market data (for example prices and token information) from third-party providers. Your browser or device connects to those providers directly, so they receive standard technical information such as your IP address as part of serving the request. Their own privacy policies apply to that data.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share information only with the processors needed to run subscriptions and email (such as Paddle and our email provider), and only what they need to do their job.
Children
Nova HQ and the Nova apps are not directed at children under 13, and the paid crypto tools are intended for users 18 and older.
